Negotiation Update

Your 577 Negotiating Team and the Company completed the first bargaining session of 2012 by signing four Tentative Agreements (TA) on LEAVES OF ABSENCE, ON THE JOB INJURY, SCHEDULING, & STATUS OF AGREEMENT.

The session moved quickly into a nearly two day discussion addressing the financial aspects of the proposed contract articles. Great movement was achieved with the exchange of ideas and philosophies enabling the Union and Company to set mutually understood guidelines and expectations in moving toward future agreements....

Professional Standards "Open Call" for Committee Members

Professional Standards is looking for qualified Flight Attendants to join our inaugural Team of conflict resolution specialists. We are looking for Flight Attendant’s interested in working to improve our work place through direct interaction with fellow Allegiant Flight Crew Members.

Professional Standards is an industry wide program that allows trained volunteer Flight Attendants to assist coworker’s with conflict resolution in order to promote a safer working environment through improved Crew Resource Management (CRM).
