Your Negotiating Team has just completed its third session with Allegiant Management.  Working diligently over the two and a half day session, your Union and Management took three additional steps to your first contract by signing three more Tentative Agreements.

 

With the signing of Medical Exams, Health and Safety, and Uniforms your N.T. continues to solidify policies and established important procedure for your membership.  Significant discussions were also held on Leaves of Absence, and Reduction In Force, and positive steps were made toward an agreement for Discipline, Discharge and Grievance.

 

Your Negotiating Team will meet with the Company again on October 18, 19 and 20.  Until then they continue to be in communication with Management to resolve day to day issues at base and corporate levels, and continue to work hard for the interests  and Unity of 577 Membership.  Thank you for your continued support and involvement in building a strong Union for all Allegiant Flight Attendants.
