Your Union is aware of Crew Services implementing page 32 of the Rescheduled / Rerouted section of the Work Rules to extend your day. This is legal and the Company can do it.  We have been assured this rule will be implemented only as a last resort. We are working diligently in partnership with Inflight Management to identify what the problems are, and are working together to forge permanent solutions.

Please remember all conversations with Crew Services are recorded. Refusal of trips could result in awarded points and discipline. Should you experience any rude or degrading requests or behavior, make a note of the time and Scheduler and contact the Union Immediately via the Contact Us page.
