Congratulations, your Negotiating Team has just completed its first session with Allegiant Air Management. Together, your Union and Management successfully reached a Tentative Agreement on one article in this historic step to your first Contract!

In addition to reaching a Tentative Agreement on the Nondiscrimination Article of your new Contract, over the two-and-a-half day session, your Negotiating Team and Management also established ground-rules, discussed Union committees, established future meetings, and held discussions and exchanged proposals on two additional Articles which will establish rules for the Grievance and System Board of Adjustment processes for resolving disputes. These important articles are part of the foundation of Membership representation and significant progress was made.
Your Negotiating Team will meet again on June 28 and 29 to complete drafting the remaining Union proposals prior to meeting with Management again. Due to a very busy July for Allegiant Team Members and Management, the next bargaining session will be held August 23-25, however your Negotiating Team will continue to work toward completing proposals and working with Members to build a stronger Union for Allegiant Air Flight Attendants.
