Professional Standards is looking for qualified Flight Attendants to join our inaugural Team of conflict resolution specialists. We are looking for Flight Attendant’s interested in working to improve our work place through direct interaction with fellow Allegiant Flight Crew Members.

 

Professional Standards is an industry wide program that allows trained volunteer Flight Attendants to assist coworker’s with conflict resolution in order to promote a safer working environment through improved Crew Resource Management (CRM). Professional Standards attempts to resolve duty related conflict, thus improving CRM and making safety our number one priority. It is a confidential service.
