Your 577 Negotiating Team and the Company completed the first bargaining session of 2012 by signing four Tentative Agreements (TA) on LEAVES OF ABSENCE, ON THE JOB INJURY, SCHEDULING, & STATUS OF AGREEMENT.

 

The session moved quickly into a nearly two day discussion addressing the financial aspects of the proposed contract articles. Great movement was achieved with the exchange of ideas and philosophies enabling the Union and Company to set mutually understood guidelines and expectations in moving toward future agreements.

 

Several proposals, including PTO, were discussed and traded during the session that resulted in the four signed TAs.

 

Negotiation dates through June 2012 were also scheduled.
